Only Change Is Unchangable
In a few more weeks to come, the year 2015 will come to an end. This will also marks my 14.5 years of working life, including two years away from my home country and over a dozen trips intermittently during the sum of the period. I have been formal staff in three institutions and service contracts staff in over dozen of local and international organisations. With the three institutions, i experience change process in different ways. The first org., i left the organisation when the big wave of change arrived. It was the first and most inspiring and nurturing space i experience and in many ways i didnt embrace change that was coming the way. I later joined the process as governance committee and therefore not directly experirnced it from a staff member point of view. At the second org., change came at a slower pace and it was quite selective. I also not really experienced it from staff member point of view.
