The reality of Bullying - Hurt
We sometime hear or discuss or try to understand what harassments and bullying means in real term but not often do we put ourselves in the position of being the one conducting the act itself?
Last week most popular talked about topic on IG link to my fav person, Meghan Markle is about the accusation to and on both side of being bullied, by word, by action, by the media.
This morning, I made remarks that I ended up reflected on and regret saying it as later I realise it has the same effects as bully by word...
I will not try to say that I do not intent to say, because the word has been said...
What I found later on was that, in certain circumstance, even you cannot stand the fact that some questions being asked might bored you, might make you feel like you are being intruded on, you cannot say certain things back because those words will be received differently. Words can hurt
This para below I wrote in a blog 5 years ago. and now i go back to read it and it still hold the means.
"More and more, i realise that words are very powerful. The same word can be a very sweet loving and caring expression or it can carry no meaning at all, or worse it carries a negative meaning in the eyes of the others. Words can be a very powerful medicines to heal and also a stabbing knife to wound. It is one decision to decide at a given time what the "word" means to one person."
I am sorry for today. I am sorry my words hurts you. As I said, it hurts me to see that my words hurts you that much and Sorry will not heal!
